Coordination With Vendors
Prior coordination with fellow event vendors, such as event planners, photographers, and venue managers, to guarantee a smooth and flawless execution of your event.
Timeline
In the lead-up to your event, we will liase with the you or event planner to coordinate the event timeline, including key moments for music or announcements to create a seamless event for you, and your guests.

We'll work with you to create a unique sound palette and script to match your event's theme and preferences.
Venue Logistics
We don't just turn up and wait for something to happen! We'll proactively coordinate with the venue to manage all technical setup logistics and bump-in times, ensuring a stress-free experience and peace of mind throughout your planning process.
